This position is responsible for taking and filling orders for materials.

Receives all orders for materials by phone and Outlook and inter-office from other departments.

Packages orders and routes as soon as possible.

Maintains accurate records of what is mailed and where it is mailed for a possible tracing action.

Keeps inventory of forms and P.O.P. Order when necessary or contact the department responsible for reordering.

Responsible for shipment of special of special mailings and new promotional items.

Ships packages for other departments within the company.

Shift: 3rd

Starting wage: $16.20 an hour plus shift differential when working between the hours of 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.

Hours:

·Hours may change based on production schedule.

·Overtime and weekend work required.

Qualifications

Education: High School degree or equivalent.

Years of Related Experience: Typically over 1 year of related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; Basic interpersonal and communication skills; Basic mathematical ability; Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must be able to operate PC scale postage meter and other office equipment. Has to know mailing procedures such as C.O.D. next day air 2nd day air etc. Must be able to regularly handle packages weighing up to 34 lbs.

Must be able to read, speak, and comprehend basic English for safety and quality purposes.
