This position will be a play key role on the Integrated Marketing team. This position will manage the social platforms for our brand’s in conjunction with our agency partners. It will manage the content planning, help develop the strategic vision and own the reporting for the brand’s social platforms. This role is expected to deliver content plans in support of growth objectives while increasing brand awareness and brand engagement both within social. Works cross-functionally with brand teams, agency partners and internal stakeholders to identify strategic initiatives and develop creative content that drives growth. In addition, this role will work with the brand team to support and develop integrated marketing communications across multiple marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and execute social strategy and content calendar in support of brand business goals based on input from cross-functional marketing resources and key partners across the organization.

Develop and/or work with creative team/agency partners to develop industry-leading creative assets. Create and publish social content

Monitor results of content for optimization

Oversee paid media promotions on social platforms from creating paid assets and managing budget to consumer targeting and campaign ROI

Develop and manage community management guidelines and recommendations for inquiries and communication regarding product, service, customer accounts, website/mobile app, etc.

Partner with community management leadership team to ensure brand voice and quality standards are met by team members and collaborate on future areas of need

Gather, analyze and communicate on social media KPIs to stakeholders using native insights, social management and website analytic tools

Work with other teams in order to execute on campaigns in areas such as corporate communications, culinary, PR, promotions, events, sponsorships and corporate giving

Create and manage ways to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns such as email, print and website

Provides Social Media SME support for all brand teams and marketing communications campaigns.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA preferred

Years of Related Experience: Typically has 3 or more years of directly related experience in social media channel/community management and digital marketing/media. Integrated marketing experience is strongly preferred, at a minimum a curious nature with a desire to learn.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong understanding of Social media platforms, including deep experience in understanding brand marketing fundamentals applied to the Social media space; Demonstrated experience in social media publishing, monitoring and analytics tools; Strategic understanding of where Social media fits into overall brand marketing goals, objectives and plans; Expertise in translating data into actionable insights and clear recommendations; and Proven ability to influence without authority and effectively navigate a complex organizational structure; the ability to work independently in developing and executing a clear work plan; Strong problem-solving skills; organizational and time management skills; the ability to effectively present information in group settings to a wide variety of audiences. Agency experience a plus. Working knowledge of basic development and publishing tools, such as HTML, CSS or Photoshop a plus.
